Thank you to those who came out to enjoy our soft opening for the golf course here at Pioneer Pointe in September and October. We were very excited to receive such positive feedback on the course and how much people enjoyed their rounds. The turf staff did a great job, and we are excited for the upcoming golf season.
Interest continues to be strong for the development with more and more lots moving into the accepted offer position and ultimately the closing table. It is hard to believe but there are only 14 lots remaining in the entire development! We feel that this type of response showcases the excitement of the neighborhood and the tremendous value people are receiving.
When you come through the neighborhood, you will see that our Clubhouse is under construction and all the Clubhouse renderings can be found on our website. We are hopeful for a Grand Opening in the summer of 2022, but factors such as weather and supply chain issues continue to present challenges which many of you have most likely felt and seen during the building process.
The golf course will be open for business this spring and we look forward to welcoming everyone back as well as our new homeowners that have already moved in.
